Ingredients dosing cap :
Lactose, Lyophilized Royal Jelly, Co-enzyme Q10: 0,16%, Powdered Blueberry, Anti-agglomerating agent: SiO2, Live Yeast, Nicotinamide, Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin B 2, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12.
Ingredients vial :
Demineralized water at 10 ml as much as needed, Fructose, Ginseng root extract (Panax Ginseng), Acacia-tree Honey, Creatine: 1,7%, Magnesium Aspartate, Potassium Aspartate, Sweet Orange Flavour. Preservatives: Potassium Sorbate, Methyl p-Hydroxybenzoate, Propyl p-Hydroxybenzoate. Acidity corrector: Citric Acid.

Directions for use :
• Take one vial a day, preferably at empty stomach. Before drinking the vial content:
• Screw the cap down clockwise till the very end in order to break plastic membrane completely and let the cap content down into the vial.
• Shake well.
• Unscrew cap anticlockwise.
• Take vial content orally.
